Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Pool Queue website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Interferes with queue management or other users' positions.
• Attempts to manipulate or bypass queue order (e.g., multiple entries, fake names).
• Uses automated tools to access or abuse the queue system.
• Shares queue positions for commercial gain.
• Posts harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive information.

2. Queue Usage

• One active queue position per person per venue.
• Provide accurate contact details; no-shows may ban you.
• Respect venue rules; queue is advisory only.

3. Content

You retain ownership of submitted data (e.g., name, phone). By submitting, you grant Pool Queue a license to use it for queue management.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove positions, ban users, or terminate access for violations.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP. Continued use implies acceptance.
